Jordan Schwartz, User Experience Architect
While most recently the lead for Microsoft’s Windows Live on-line photo sharing efforts, Jordan’s 10+ year career at Microsoft allowed him to experiment with a wide variety of domains and technologies, from digital media to mobile to communications. While there, he often split his time between leading major product releases and leading small incubation teams exploring cutting edge mobile and digital media scenarios (e.g., Pixie Hunt), writing (e.g., an O’Reilly Media publication on building an SMS Service) and speaking at conferences. Before joining Waggle Labs, he dusted off his coding skills and built a group-centric text messaging service, Swaggle.mobi, which he continues to nurture in his spare time. He also leads a team of 60,000 bees in the manufacture and production of a delicious, organic honey.
